PETPL provides solution for sale and purchase of power from MPPs, CPPs, IPPs and State Utilities/ DISCOMS, Open Access Consumers in facilitating power banking and short, medium- and long-term transactions. PETPL facilitates open access permissions through PGCIL/RLDC/SLDC and communicates with all concerned stakeholders and performs weekly/fortnightly/monthly commercial settlement based on SEA/REA statements from SLDCs/RPCs.
